Licklider really needs no introduction, but cliff-notes if you’re brand new to the dog world: Licklider has over four decades of canine experience, including 17 years serving in the USAF in the canine field. Upon retirement in 1993, he formed Vohne Liche Kennels, Inc. At Vohne Liche (VLK), Licklider designed and developed the current K9 program for US Special Forces for four branches of the military. He conducts seminars worldwide and has developed kennels and kennel support in Holland and Turkey with branches in South Africa and South America. He has trained/worked with over 2,500 dogs in his career, with no signs of slowing down! VLK trains hundreds of dogs every year for local, state, federal, and private organizations, and their breeding program is top notch .
